Vendor Information - 2010

We have a limited number fo vendor spaces for the event. All spaces are outdoors, on grass.

All spaces are $30 for each 10x10 space until 3/31/10.
Late registration between 4/1/10 and 4/25/10 is $40 per space.
Electrical hook ups are limited – contact us early for arrangements. L & I approved extension cords are required.
If you have special needs, contact us in advance. Limited handicap parking is available.
Trailers, fifth-wheels, buses, motorhomes, etc. require prior notice to park. We have limited space for oversize vehicles. If you need for your vehicle to remain in the area for your display, please contact us to arrange for space for your vehicle. Call early for priority placement.
Vendor vehicle access is limited, and permits are required to bring a vehicle into the show area for loading and off-loading. One permit is included with your confirmation packet.
Vendor parking is available at the West end of the property. Park in designated areas only – a pass is required. Unless you make advanced arrangements with us, no vehicles can be parked in the show area.
No vendor vehicles allowed in road closure area after 8:00 am. No exceptions.
Vendor set-up is from 6:30 am to 8:00 am Sunday morning, May 2. Please check in at the East end of the Red Horse Diner. You may take your vehicle into the vendor area for loading and unloading only. If you need for your vehicle to remain in the area for your display, please contact us to arrange for space for your vehicle.
Charity raffles must comply with Washington State Gambling requirements. See the raffle brochure from the Gambling Commission: http://www.wsgc.wa.gov/newsletters/5-164.pdf
Food vendors must comply with Kittitas County Health regulations.

If you are cooking food or using a generator, fire extinguishers with current inspection tags are required as follows:

Gas or Electrical cooking 1 extinguisher rated 40-BC . + 1 extinguisher rated 2-A:10-BC .

Solid fuel (briquettes, wood, etc) 1 extinguisher min. rating 2-A . + 1 extinguisher rated 2-A:10-BC .

Gas or electric generator,
including RV At least 1 extinguisher rated 2-A:10-BC .
